$10 AUD or spend above $135 AUD to receive complimentary shipping.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 2 to 7 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping for only $15 AUD or spend above $135 AUD and upgrade to Express for only $5 AUD.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND
$25 NZD or spend above $200 NZD to receive complimentary shipping.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 3 to 12 business days. The Shipping cost excludes import tax and duties that may apply.
Please note, Above international shipping charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
CUSTOMS FEES:
Individual countries and their local authority are subject to change. Import taxes and fees are outside of our control and might need to be paid by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be.
If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less the original shipping costs.
Ensure a Safe Delivery
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. We will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES
We uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Order Communication
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When order dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order.
